Join us for our second residential Summer School on the Western Front.
The aim of the School is to provide an experience of the history of the Great
War that goes beyond that provided by a typical “Battlefield tour”. Making use
of the range of facilities at the School’s base at the famous Ocean Villas
guesthouse, participants will have the chance not only to visit a number
of key Great War sites, but also to gain a deeper understanding of the war
through lectures, workshops, handling sessions, and visits to locations and
collections not usually accessible to the Public.
